Two years ago, around this same time, I experienced one of the darkest moments of my life for a consecutive three days and I want you to understand something.
I was very stranded; I lived in a foreign land where I knew very few people. I moved to a different suburb where I physically knew no one, literally. And I was terribly handicapped financially because no one (I knew) was available to help me. I experienced all these at the same time. All I had in my life was my faith in what God can do. The reason I had this was simply because nothing could take away from me the experiences I have had. My conviction was the only thing I had!
Two years down the line, not that I have arrived, but I’m compelled to share this so that, you who is at the verge of breaking can hold onto your conviction; be steadfast in faith in God. He will surely deliver. And you, who is in bliss will be remain fervent lest you be caught unawares.
This year is going to be terrible for the world. Its going to be horrendous, economically. But if you are truly numbered with God, you will not be a partaker of the unrests the world is going to experience.
Do these three things the earliest you can to strengthen your conviction and number with God for the coming days;
- Set aside three days from now and wait on God. Wait on God! (Retreat) Isa. 40.28-31
- Determine to walk everyday for the rest of these days to walk by faith. Heb. 10.38
- Do good to everyone, especially to those of the household of faith. Gal. 6v10
The LORD will strengthen you and cause you to wax in great strengths when everyone else has become weak.
